The Education Opportunities Act restricts tuition grants to K-12 students who live in an Iowa household, the total income of which does not exceed an amount equal to four times the federal poverty guideline.
You may be eligible to receive a grant from the Our Faith STO if your taxable income does not exceed the amount shown below for the number of people in your household. Students must attend a school represented by the Our Faith, Our Children, Our Future School Tuition Organization in order to be eligible. View the schools participating in the Our Faith STO program.
To be eligible to receive a grant from the STO program the applicant must meet the following criteria:
• Submit a completed application for assistance with all required tax and income verification.
• Must reside in the state of Iowa.
• Must attend a school represented by the Our Faith, Our Children, Our Future School Tuition Organization.
• 2018 family taxable income must be at or below 400% of the federal poverty rate.
